Starbase no sound issue

2. Try to change audio quality

1st. Right Click on sound icon from bottom right corner and select Playback devices

2st. Then, select your default speakers (see green mark ? that is your default sound) and then click on Properties then go to Advanced

3st. Select something with 16 bit ( Example: 16 bit 96000 Hz Studio Quality)

Done, now Apply and it is done.

Another way to fix: Starbase game: no sound / no audio in game is:

You have to uninstall driver from Device Manager

1. Type device manage in windows search box

2. Scroll to Sound, video and more controllers

3. Right click on your sound card name (see device detector from downloads if you are not sure) then select uninstall, click ok then wait to uninstaller to complete task.

4. Final step, select that blue icon (see image bellow is scan for hardware changes):
