a1. Reinstall Biomutant or install it on another partition or HDD
a2. Maybe your hard disk (hdd) have bad sectors and you need to fix them all.

Open File Explorer, This PC or My Computer whatever...
- Select the Partition that you have Biomutant installed (Games F: in just our example)
- Click on Properties, then select Tools (see number 3 in picture)
