Still not working ?

Try this: Select search icon and type cmd

Right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator (very important)

Now you should see C:\WINDOWS\system32>

Copy this text (sfc /scannow) and right mouse click, then hit enter and wait it to finish

Done.
